Except when Rates are published to specifically apply on shipments
moving in the Specialized Equipment named below, rates applying on all
shipments moving in/on such Specialized Equipment will be SBJ to the
the applicable dry Container Rate PLUS the following Special Equipment
Surcharge:
     
a. FCL Shipments moving in or on the equipment listed below, FROM or
    THRU any POL in the United States to any POD Port listed in Rules
    1.3 or 1.4 of this Tarif Section will be SBJ to SPEC provided:
   
    SPECIAL EQUIPMENT TYPES: Atmospheric Controlled
                             Drop Frame
                             Flat Rack
                             Garment-On-Hanger
                             Insulated or Refrigerated (Operating)
                             MAFI
                             Open Top & Open Top/Hard Top
                             Platform
                             Tank
                             Top Loader
                             Vehicle Rack Equipment
   
  1. Shipments moving via underlying VOCC U.S. LINES (SBJ to Rule 2.4.i)
      will be SBJ a SPEC (as defined above) of:
    
         US$ 350.00 on 20 ft. long equipment
         US$ 600.00 on 40 ft. or longer equipment
   
  2. Shipments moving via underlying VOCC HAPAG LLOYD (SBJ to Rule 2.4.i)
      will be SBJ a SPEC (as defined above) of:
    
         US$ 300.00 on 20 ft. long equipment
         US$ 500.00 on 40 ft. or longer equipment
   
  3. Shipments moving via underlying VOCC HAMBURG SUD (SBJ to Rule 2.4.i)
      will be SBJ a SPEC (as defined above) of:
    
         US$ 350.00 on 20 ft. long equipment
         US$ 600.00 on 40 ft. or longer equipment
