When Carrier is requested or required to supply a Container suitable
to be used to tranport a full containerload of food or other
commodities that require transporting Container have an inside
condition suitable for use in the transportation of such commodities,
Carrier will assess the FOOD GRADE CONTAINER USAGE CHARGE (FOOD) named
below, which charge shall be inaddition to all other applicable charges.
    
a. On FCL shipments requiring the use of a Food Grade Container for
   transportion FROM/THRU POL Ports in the United States TO/THRU POD
   Ports in the Countries listed herein the FOOD Charge will be:
