Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff Rate Section
applying FROM/THRU a POL in the United States for Delivery TO or THRU
Ports or Points in Australia (including cargo which will remain on Board
a transporting Vessel which calls at any Australian Port before it is
discharged at POD beyond Australia) will be SBJ to the CUSTOM MANIFEST
REPORT CHARGE (CMR) named below to cover compliance with Australia's
Customs Service requirements, which charge shall be in addition to all
other applicable charges.
     
a. On LCL, AQ or LS shipments FROM/THRU POLs in the United States
   delivered, moving through, or FROB, any Port in Australia
   the applicable CMR will be as follows:
