Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), on all
shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff Section FROM/THRU
United States Ports and Points, Carrier will assess the EQUIPMENT
IMBALANCE SURCHARGE (EIS) named below, which charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable charges.
   
a. On LCL, AQ or LS rated shipments the applicable EIS will be:
    
         NONE Currently In Effect
    
   
b. On FCL shipments moving TO/THRU any Port or Point named in Rule
   1.3 or 1.4 FROM any United States Port or Point when ocean 
   transportation is provided by the Carriers named below (See Rule
   2.4.i.) the EIS will be:
    
    
  1. MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO.:
     On FCL rated Shipments moving via MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO. (MSC)
      (SBJ to Rule 2.4.i) FROM/THRU the U.S. Ports and Points named
      below the applicable EIS will be:
