Unless otherwise specified on an individual Web Rate Page (TLI), the
BUNKER SURCHARGE (BAF) named below will be assessed on all shipments
moving on the rates From/Thru Ports in the United States To/Thru the
Ports named below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
applicable charges:
   
a. BUNKER SURCHARGES APPLYING ON LCL, AQ or LS RATED SHIPMENTS moving
    FROM or THRU any United States Port:

         LCL BAF will be USD 3.00 W/M, as freighted

      the BAF Charge named in paragraph b.
              
  7. FCL Shipments moving Via Underlying VOCC KLine are NOT Subject to
      the BAF Charge named in paragraph b.   
              
  8. FCL Shipments moving Via Underlying VOCC MAERSK are NOT Subject to
      the BAF Charge named in paragraph b.
              
  9. FCL Shipments moving Via Underlying VOCC MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO.
      are NOT Subject to the BAF Charge named in paragraph b.   
              
 10. FCL Shipments moving Via Underlying VOCC NYK are NOT Subject to
      the BAF Charge named in paragraph b.
              
 11. FCL Shipments moving Via Underlying VOCC OOCL are NOT Subject to
      the BAF Charge named in paragraph b.
              
 12. FCL Shipments moving Via Underlying VOCC YANG MING are NOT Subject
      to the BAF Charge named in paragraph b.
              
 13. FCL Shipments moving Via Underlying VOCC ZIM INTEGRATED SHIPPING
      are NOT Subject to the BAF Charge named in paragraph b.
