Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs) all
Shipments moving on any rate named in this Tariff Rate Section which
transit the Panama Canal between POL and POD will be SBJ to PANAMA
CANAL TRANSIT FEE (PCS) provided below, which charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable charges:
      
a. On LCL, AQ or LS rated shipments FROM/THRU any East Coast or Gulf
    Coast POL Port which transit the Panama Canal when transported
    TO/THRU the POD Ports named below, the applicable PCS on LCL
    shipments will be:

    applicable PCS will be:
