Except as otherwise specified on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), the
Ship & Port Security Charges (ISPS, CSF, TSF) named below will be
assessed on all shipments moving from or thru Ports and Points in the
United States, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
charges.
            
a. On LCL, AQ or LS Shipments Carrier will assess an International
    Ship and Port Security Charge of (ISPS):

    Security Charge of (ISPS):
   
  1. Except as otherwise provided in paragraphs b.2., c. or d., FCL Rated
      Shipments Destined to POD Ports in JAPAN will be SBJ to the ISPS
      Fee named below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
      applicable charges:

        USD 6.00 PC (Per Container)
   
  2. MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO.:
      On Shipments moving via MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO. (MSC) (see
      Rule 2.4.i.) the ISPS will be as follows when moving From or
      Thru the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The ISPS will be: USD 13.00 PC
    
   
c. On FCL Rated Shipments when moving via the following underlying
    VOCCs (See Rule 2.4.i) a Carrier Security Fee (CSF) will be assessed:
     
  1. COSCO:
     On Shipments moving via COSCO (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Carrier
      Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows when moving From or Thru
      the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The CSF will be: USD 12.00 PC
     
  2. MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO.:
     On Shipments moving via MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO. (MSC) (see Rule
      2.4.i.) the Carrier Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows when
      moving From or Thru the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The CSF will be: USD 11.00 PC
     
  3. UNITED ARAB SHIPPING COMPANY:
     On Shipments moving via UASC (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Carrier
      Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows when moving From or Thru
      the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The CSF will be: USD 10.00 PC
   
   
d. On FCL Rated Shipments when moving via the following underlying
    VOCCs (See Rule 2.4.i) a Orgin Terminal Security Charge (OTSF)
    will be assessed:
     
 1. COSCO:
    On Shipments moving via COSC0 (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Origin
     Terminal Security Fee (OTSF) will be as follows when moving
     From or Thru the following U.S. ports:
   
      i. Baltimore, MD the OTSF will be: USD 5.30 PC
  
     ii. Charleston, SC the OTSF will be: USD 4.00 PC
   
    iii. Houston, TX the OTSF will be: USD 3.30 PC
   
     iv. Jacksonville, FL the OTSF will be: USD 7.00 PC
   
      v. Miami, FL the OTSF will be: USD 7.00 PC
   
     vi. Mobile, AL the OTSF will be: USD 7.00 PC
  
    vii. Norfolk, VA the OTSF will be: USD 5.80 PC
  
   viii. Savannah, GA the OTSF will be: USD 4.50 PC
    
     ix. Wilmington, NC the OTSF will be: USD 5.00 PC
     
       
 2. YANG MING:
    On Shipments moving via YANG MING (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Origin
     Terminal Security Fee (OTSF) will be as follows when moving
     From or Thru the following U.S. ports:
  
      i. Baltimore, MD the OTSF will be: USD 7.00 PC
  
     ii. Charleston, SC the OTSF will be: USD 6.00 PC
  
    iii. Norfolk, VA the OTSF will be: USD 6.50 PC
  
     iv. NY Origin Ports the OTSF will be: USD 4.00 PC
  
      v. Savannah, GA the OTSF will be: USD 7.00 PC
  
     vi. Wilmington, NC the OTSF will be: USD 6.00 PC
    
    
e. On FCL Rated Shipments Destined to POD Ports in the REPUBLIC OF
    KOREA Carrier will assess the Destination Terminal Security Fee
    (DTSF) named below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
    applicable charges:
     
      USD 12.00 PC (Per Container)
