Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs) all
shipments moving on any rate named in this Tariff Rate Section will be
SBJ to the CHASSIS USAGE CHARGES (CUC) provided below, which charge
shall be in addition to all other applicable charges:
      
a. On LCL, AQ or LS rated SHIPMENTS moving FROM or THRU any United
    States Port the CHASSIS USAGE CHARGE (CUC) will be:
