Except as otherwise provided on individual web page rate items (TLIs),
after unloading and stripping a Container in which LCL Shipments have
been transported, Carrier will clean, or arrange to clean, the interior
or exterior of such Container, and each LCL shipment which moved
therein shall be SBJ to the following CONTAINER CLEANING SERVICE
CHARGE (CLEN), which charge shall be in addition to all other
applicable charges.
     
a. LCL Shipments moving in Ocean Containers FROM/THRU United States
   Ports and Points, TO Ports or Points in KOREA, REPUBLIC OF will be
   SBJ to the CLEN CHARGE named below:
    
        IF CARGO WAS                CLEANING FEE:    MINIMUM CHARGE
       CLASSIFIED AS:  CURRENCY    (PER W,M or W/M,      PER B/L
