Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs) all
Shipments moving on any rate named in this Tariff Rate Section which
transit the Panama Canal between POL and POD will be SBJ to PANAMA
CANAL TRANSIT FEE (PCS) provided below, which charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable charges:
      
a. On LCL, AQ or LS rated shipments FROM/THRU any U.S. West Coast POL
    Port which transit the Panama Canal when transported TO/THRU the
    POD Ports named in Rule 1.3 the applicable PCS on LCL shipments
    will be:
   
         TO/THRU        CURRENCY    W, M or W/M,   MINIMUM CHARGE
        PORTS IN:                   as freighted    Per Shipment

b. On FCL rated shipments FROM/THRU any U.S. West Coast POL Port which
    transit the Panama Canal when transported TO/THRU the POD Ports
    named in Rule 1.3 the applicable PCS on FCL shipments will be:

c. On FCL shipments moving FROM/THRU any U.S. West Coast POL Port which
    transit the Panama Canal when transported TO/THRU the POD Ports
    named in Rule 1.3 when ocean transportation is provided by the
    Carriers named below (See Rule 2.4.i.) the applicable PCS will be:
    
  1. On FCL rated Shipments moving via HAMBURG SUD (SBJ to Rule 2.4.i)
      FROM/THRU U.S. West Coast Ports which transit the Panama Canal
      when transported TO/THRU CONT/BALT Destination Ports will be SBJ
      to a PCS of:
    
       WHEN MOVING FROM   CURRENCY   PC20   PC40  PC40B  PC45X   
           OR THRU:                  (Dry & Reefer Equipment)

      to a PCS of:
