Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
shipments moving on the rates named in this Tariff Rate Seciton FROM/THRU
United States East Coast Ports TO & THRU the Ports and Points in the
Countries named below (Arabian/Persian Gulf) Section are SBJ to the
GENERAL RATE INCREASE (GRI) as provided below, which charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable charges.
