Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
shipments moving in operating Refrigerated Containers on the rates
named in this Tariff Rate Section FROM/THRU United States Ports or Points
TO & THRU the Ports and Points in the Middle East named in this Tariff
Rate Section are SBJ to the GENERAL RATE INCREASE (GRI) below, when
moving via the Underlying Vessel Operator named herein, which charge
shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
a. On shipments moving in operating Refrigerated Containers, FROM
United States East Coast, Gulf Coast, West Coast Ports or Ports in
Alaska and Hawaii:
1. TO/THRU Ports and Points in the Countries listed below, the GRI
applicable on LCL shipments will be:
