Unless otherwise specified on an individual Web Rate Page (TLI), all
shipments moving on the rates named in this Tariff Rate Section will
be SBJ to the WAR RISK or EMERGENCY RISK SURCHARGE (WRS or ERS) named
below, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges:
a. WAR RISK/EMERGENCY RISK SURCHARGE applying on LCL Shipments TO/THRU
