Except as otherwise specified on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), the
Ship & Port Security Charges (ISPS, CSF, TSF) named below will be
assessed on all shipments moving from or thru Ports and Points in the
United States, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
charges.
      
a. On LCL, AQ or LS Shipments Carrier will assess an International
    Ship and Port Security Charge of (ISPS):
   
 1. TO/THRU all Ports and Points named in Rules 1.3 and 1.4 the ,
     applicable LCL LSFS will be:

    On Shipments moving via TURKON (see Rule 2.4.i.) the ISPS will be
      as follows on shipments destined to POD Beirut, Lebanon:
  
        The OTSF will be: USD 21.00 PC
     
    
c. On FCL Rated Shipments when moving via the following underlying
    VOCCs (See Rule 2.4.i) a Carrier Security Fee (CSF) will be assessed:
     
  1. CMA CGM:
     On Shipments moving via CMA CGM (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Carrier
      Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows when moving From or Thru
      the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The CSF will be: USD 12.00 PC
     
  2. COSCO:
     On Shipments moving via COSCO (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Carrier
      Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows when moving From or Thru
      the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1 TO/THRU Ports in ISRAEL:
  
{IA} EFFECTIVE 9 March 2017
        The CSF will be: USD 12.00 PC
     
     
  3. HAPAG LLOYD:
     On Shipments moving via HAPAG LLOYD (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Carrier
      Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows when moving From or Thru
      the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The CSF will be: USD13.00 PC
     
     
  4. MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO.:
     On Shipments moving via MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO. (MSC) (see Rule
      2.4.i.) the Carrier Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows when
      moving From or Thru the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:

  5. UNITED ARAB SHIPPING COMPANY:
     On Shipments moving via UNITED ARAB SHIPPING COMPANY (see Rule
      2.4.i.) the Carrier Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows when
      moving From or Thru the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The CSF will be: USD 10.00 PC
    
    
d. On FCL Rated Shipments when moving via the following underlying
    VOCCs (See Rule 2.4.i) an Origin Terminal Security Charge (OTSF)
    will be assessed:
     
 1. CMA CGM:
    On Shipments moving via CMA CGM (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Origin
      Terminal Security Fee (OTSF) will be as follows:

 2. COSCO:
    On Shipments moving via COSCO (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Destination
     Port Terminal DTSF will be as follows when moving FROM/THRU the

 6. UNITED ARAB SHIPPING COMPANY:
    On Shipments moving via UNITED ARAB SHIPPING COMPANY (see Rule
      2.4.i.) the Origin Terminal Security Fee (OTSF) on shipments
      destined to POD Ports in Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman,
      Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates will be as
      follows:
  
        The OTSF will be: USD 6.00 PC
