Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), on all
shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff Section FROM/THRU
United States Ports and Points, Carrier will assess the
PIRACY THREAT SURCHARGE (PRCY) named below, which charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable charges.
a. On LCL, AQ or LS rated shipments TO/THRU any Port in the Countries
named below, the applicable PRCY on LCL shipments will be:
