shipments moving on any rate named in this Tariff Rate Section TO/THRU
the PODs named below are SBJ to the DESTINATION PORT ARBITRARY SURCHARGE
(DARB) provided below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
applicable charges:
   
a. On FCL, Shipments FROM/THRU United States POL Ports, TO/THRU
    the POD Ports named below, when moving via the underlying VOCC
    MAERSK (SBJ to Rule 2.4.i.) the applicable DARB will be:
