Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
shipments moving on any rate named in this Tariff Rate Section FROM/THRU
the U.S. POLs named below TO/THRU the PODs specified will be SBJ to the
ORIGIN PORT ARBITRARY SURCHARGE (OARB) provided below, which charge
shall be in addition to all other applicable charges:
a. On FCL, Shipments FROM/THRU Baltimore, MD, USA, TO/THRU POD Ports in
the countries named below, when moving via the underlying VOCC
MAERSK (SBJ to Rule 2.4.i.) the applicable OARB will be:
