When Shipper, Consignee or their Agent requests, or when underlying
Carrier requires, inspection of Container or Equipment, before loading
at POL or after unloading at POD, Carrier will assess the
EQUIPMENT/CONTAINER INSPECTION FEE (INSP) named below, which charge
shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
    
b. On FCL Shipments FROM/THRU any United States Port named in Rule 1.1,
   the INSP, when moving Via the Underlying VOCCs named below (See Rule
   2.4.i.) will be:
