RULE: 23.9 - WFGU - WHARFAGE CHARGES AT U.S. PORTS - vFCL Eff: 25JAN2017

EXCEPTION to Rules 2.1 & 2.4
Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
shipments moving TO/THRU any port named in Rule 1.3 FROM or THRU the
United States or Puerto Rico POLs named below are SBJ to the WHARFAGE
CHARGE AT U.S. PORTS (WFGU) specified below, which charge shall be in
addition to all other other applicable charges.
a. NO WFGU shall apply on LCL shipments which exit a U.S. Port.
b. FCL shipments moving via the Carriers named below, loaded at
the POLs specified, will be SBJ to a WFGU of:
