Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs),
Carrier will assess a Wharfage Administration Handling Fee (WFAD)
on all shipments moving FROM/THRU the United States POL Ports named
below, which charge shall be in addition all other applicable charges.
    
a. On FCL Rated Shipments when moving via the following underlying
    VOCCs (See Rule 2.4.i) a Wharfage Administration Handling Fee
    (WFAD) will be assessed:
     
 1. On Shipments moving via ZIM (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Wharfage
      Administration Handling Fee (WFAD) will be as follows when
      moving FROM/THRU the following POL ports:
  
     i. Houston, TX the WFAD will be: $5.00 PC
  
    ii. Mobile, AL the WFAD will be: $5.00 PC
  
   iii. New Orleans, LA the WFAD will be: $5.00 PC
  
    iv. Port Everglades, FL the WFAD will be: $5.00 PC
  
     v. Tampa, FL the WFAD will be: $5.00 PC
