shipments moving FROM, THRU or TO the ports/points named below are SBJ
to the CURRENCY ADJUSTMENT FACTOR (CAF) specified herein.
   
a. On LCL, AQ or LS Shipments FROM/THRU any United States Port named
   in Rule 1.1. the CURRENCY ADJUSTMENT FACTOR (CAF) will be:

b. On FCL Shipments FROM/THRU any United States Port named in Rule 1.1,
   the CURRENCY ADJUSTMENT FACTOR (CAF) will be (See Paragraph c.

b. On FCL Shipments FROM/THRU any United States Port named in Rule 1.1,
