Rates, Rules, Provisions, Surcharges and Assessorials named
in this Tariff Section apply on cargo transported FROM
Carrier's Terminal, Rail Carrier's TOFC/COFC Ramp or
Shipper's Premises at a Port or Point of Origin TO Carrier's
Terminal, Rail Carrier's TOFC/COFC Ramp, or Consignee's
Premises at a Port or Point of Destination, VIA Local Direct
Ocean or Through Service, or Joint Motor/Ocean, Rail/Ocean
or Motor/Rail/Ocean Service, SBJ to the terms, provisions
and limitations named in the SubRules to Rule 2 provided
in this Tariff Section.
    
Except as otherwise provided in this Tariff, Rates named in this
Tariff are SBJ to Danmar Lines Ltd, (a d/b/a of Danzas Corporation)
General Export (From USA) Rules Tariff 598.  When a Rule or provision
named in this Tariff Rate Section conflicts with or duplicates a Rule
and/or provisions named in the governing Rules Tariff, the Rule
and/or provisions named in this Tariff Rate Section shall take
precendence of the Rules and/or provisions named in the governing
Rules Tariff.
