Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs) all
shipments moving on any rate named in this Tariff Rate Section will be
SBJ to the CHASSIS USAGE CHARGES (CUC) provided below, which charge
shall be in addition to all other applicable charges:
      
a. On Shipments FROM/THRU All United States Ports:
    
 1. TO/THRU the Ports and Points named below, the CUC
     applicable on LCL shipments will be:

    via the specific underlying VOCC named below, the CHASSIS USAGE
    CHARGE (CUC) will be:

     On FCL shipments moving TO/THRU any POD CONT/BALT Destination Port,
      when moving via EVERGREEN (SBJ to Rule 2.4.i) the applicable CUC
      will be:
