Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
shipments moving TO/THRU any port in the Countries named below FROM or
THRU the United States or Puerto Rico POLs named herein are SBJ to the
ORIGIN TERMINAL HANDLING CHARGES (OTHC) specified below, which charge
shall be in addition to all other other applicable charges.
   
a. On Shipments FROM/THRU United States POL Ports, TO/THRU any Port in
