Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, all shipments moving
on the Rates named in this Tariff Section FROM/THRU United States Ports
TO/THRU the ports named below are SBJ to the LOW SULPHUR FUEL SURCHARGE
(LSFS) named below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
other applicable charges.
a. On Shipments FROM/THRU Ports in Canada and the United States named
below:
1. TO/THRU Ports and Points in DENMARK, FINLAND, ICELAND, NORWAY or
SWEDEN (EXCEPT as provided in paragraph a.2.) the applicable LCL

the LSFS Charge named in paragraph b.1. & b.2. of this Rule.
2. Shipments moving Via Underlying VOCC EVERGREEN are NOT Subject to
the LSFS Charge named in paragraph b.1 & b.2. of this Rule.
3. Shipments moving Via Underlying VOCC HYUNDAI are NOT Subject to
{R} the LSFS Charge named in paragraph b.1 & b.2. of this Rule.

4. Shipments moving Via Underlying VOCC MAERSK are NOT Subject to
{CAE} the LSFS Charge named in paragraph b.1 & b.2. of this Rule.
5. Shipments moving Via Underlying VOCC MITSUI O.S.K. are NOT Subject
to the LSFS Charge named in paragraph b.1 & b.2. of this Rule.

6. Shipments moving Via Underlying VOCC NYK are NOT Subject
{CAE} to the LSFS Charge named in paragraph b.1 & b.2. of this Rule.
7. Shipments moving Via Underlying VOCC OOCL are NOT Subject to
the LSFS Charge named in paragraph b.1 & b.2. of this Rule.
8. Shipments moving Via Underlying VOCC UNITED ARAB SHIPPING COMPANY
{R} are NOT Subject to the LSFS Charge named in paragraph b.1 & b.2.
of this Rule.
9. Shipments moving Via Underlying VOCC YANG MING are NOT Subject to
the LSFS Charge named in paragraph b.1 & b.2. of this Rule.
