LCL Rates named in this Tariff are predicated on a maximum
cargo density of less than 1,000 kgs per 1 cbm. When
breakbulk cargo having a density equal to or greater than
1,000 kgs per 1 cbm is tendered for transportation service
Carrier will assess the applicable Density Surcharge named
below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
applicable charges.
DENSITY SURCHARGE {A} EFFECTIVE 15 July 2005 -
a. When Cargo density equals or exceeds a weight of 1,000
kgs per 1 cbm, but Cargo density is less than 1,500
kgs per 1 cbm, a Density Surcharge of US$20.00 W-ton
will be assessed, SBJ to a Minimum Charge of
US$20.00 per B/L.
b. When Cargo density equals or exceeds a weight of 1,500
kgs per 1 cbm, but Cargo density is less than 2,000
kgs per 1 cbm, a Density Surcharge of US$35.00 W-ton
will be assessed, SBJ to a Minimum Charge of
US$35.00 per B/L.
c. When Cargo density equals or exceeds a weight of 2,000
kgs per 1 cbm a Density Surcharge of US$50.00 W-ton
will be assessed, SBJ to a Minimum Charge of
US$50.00 per B/L.
