Unless otherwise specified on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), shipments
moving From or Thru United States POL Ports to any POD Port named below
will be SBJ to the PANAMA CANAL SURCHARGE (PCS) named herein, which
charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
a. Panama Canal Transit Surcharge applying on LCL, AQ or LS rated
shipments moving FROM or THRU any United States Port:
TO/THRU Ports and Points named in Rules 1.3 and 1.4:
NONE Currently In Effect
b. Panama Canal Transit Surcharge applying on FCL rated Shipments
moving FROM or THRU any United States Port (See Paragraph c.
below for individual Carrier Exceptions)
TO/THRU Ports and Points named in Rules 1.3 and 1.4:
NO General PCS In Effect
c. On FCL shipments moving FROM/THRU any United States POL Port which
transit the Panama Canal when transported TO/THRU any POD Port
named in Rule 1.3 when ocean transportation is provided by the
Carriers named below (See Rule 2.4.i.) the applicable PCS will be:
1. HAMBURG SUD:
On FCL rated Shipments moving via Hamburg Sud (SBJ to Rule 2.4.i)
FROM/THRU the United States POL Ports named below which transit the
Panama Canal when transported TO/THRU any Destination POD Port
on the Islands in the Pacific Ocean named in Rule 1.3 will be SBJ
to a PCS of:
