Except as otherwise specified on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), the
Ship & Port Security Charges (ISPS, CSF, TSF) named below will be
assessed on all shipments moving from or thru Ports and Points in the
United States, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
charges.
            
a. On LCL, AQ or LS Shipments Carrier will assess an International
    Ship and Port Security Charge of (ISPS):
   
   TO/THRU Ports and Points on the ISLANDS IN THE ATLANTIC, INDIAN &
    PACIFIC OCEANS named in Rules 1.3 and 1.4 (VIA any POD) the
    applicable LCL ISPS will be:
            
   ISE applying on LCL, AQ or LS Rated Shipments
   
      FROM/THRU THE         CURRENCY    W, M or W/M,  MINIMUM CHARGE

b. On FCL Shipments Carrier will assess an International
    Ship and Port Security Charge of (ISPS) (See Paragraphs c. & d. for
    individual Underlying VOCC Exceptions):
   
 1.  NO General FCL ISPS Charge in Effect
  
  
 2. HAPAG LLOYD:
    On Shipments moving via HAPAG LLOYD (see Rule 2.4.i.) the ISPS
     will be as follows when moving From or Thru the U.S. ports named
     below to POD Ports on the Islands of the Pacific Ocean named in
     Rule 1.3:
  
{IA}  EFFECTIVE 22 March 2017
     i. Charleston, SC the OTSF will be: USD7.00 PC
  
{IA}  EFFECTIVE 22 March 2017
    ii. LAX Origin Ports the OTSF will be: USD7.00 PC
  
{IA}  EFFECTIVE 22 March 2017
   iii. Philadelphia, PA the OTSF will be: USD5.00 PC
  
  
c. FCL Rated Shipments will be SBJ to the following Carrier Security
    Fee (CSF):
    
 1. CMA CGM:
    On Shipments moving via CMA CGM (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Carrier
      Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows when moving From or Thru
      the ports named in Rule 1.1 to POD Ports on the Islands of
      Atlantic and Indian Ocean:
  
        The CSF will be: $12.00 PC
  
  
 2. HAMBURG SUD:
    On Shipments moving via HAMBURG SUD (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Carrier
      Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows when moving From or Thru
      the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1 to POD Ports on the Islands of
      the Pacific Ocean:
  
        The CSF will be: $12.00 PC
    
  
 3. HAPAG LLOYD:
   A. On Shipments moving via HAPAG LLOYD (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Carrier
        Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows when moving From or Thru
        the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1 to POD Ports on the Islands of
        the Pacific Ocean:
  
        The CSF will be: $13.00 PC
    
   B. On Shipments moving via Hapag Lloyd (see Rule 2.4.i.) the
        Carrier Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows when moving From
        or Thru the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1 to POD Ports on the
        Islands of the Atlantic & Indian Oceans:
  
        The CSF will be: $13.00 PC
  
  
 4.MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO.:
   A. On Shipments moving via MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO. (MSC) (see
        Rule 2.4.i.) the Carrier Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows
        when moving From or Thru the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1 to
        POD Ports on the Islands of the Pacific Ocean:
  
        The CSF will be: $11.00 PC
    
   B. On Shipments moving via MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO. (MSC) (see
        Rule 2.4.i.) the Carrier Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows
        when moving From or Thru the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1 to
        POD Ports on the Islands of the Atlantic & Indian Oceans:
  
        The CSF will be: $22.00 PC
    
  
 5. UNITED ARAB SHIPPING COMPANY:
    On Shipments moving via United Arab Shipping Company (see Rule
      2.4.i.) the Carrier Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows when
      moving From or Thru the ports named in Rule 1.1 to POD Ports on
      the Islands of Atlantic and Indian Ocean:
  
        The CSF will be: $10.00 PC
    
    
d. On FCL Rated Shipments the Terminal Security Charge (TSF) will be:
    
 1. CMA CGM:
    On Shipments moving via CMA CGM (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Terminal
      Security Fee (TSF) will be as follows when moving From or Thru
      the ports named in Rule 1.1 to POD Ports on the Islands of
      Atlantic and Indian Ocean:
  
        The TSF will be: $8.00 PC
  
  
 2. HAPAG LLOYD:
   A. On Shipments moving via HAPAG LLOYD (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Terminal
        Security Fee (TSF) will be as follows when moving From or Thru
        the ports named in Rule 1.1 to POD Ports on the Islands of the
        the Pacific Ocean:
  
        The TSF will be: $7.00 PC
    
   B. On Shipments moving via Hapag Lloyd (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Terminal
        Security Fee (TSF) will be as follows when moving From or Thru
        the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1 to POD Ports on the Islands of
        the Atlantic & Indian Oceans:
  
        The TSF will be: $8.00 PC
