Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, all shipments
moving in Reefer (Temperature Controlled) Equipment on the rates
named in this Tariff Rate Section will be SBJ to the REEFER GENERAL
RATE INCREASE (GRI) provided below, which charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable charges:
     
a. On shipments FROM/THRU United States Ports and Points:
    
 1. TO/THRU Ports and Points in the Countries listed below, the GRI
     applicable on LCL shipments will be:
   
     TO/THRU PORTS      CURRENCY   W, M or W/M,  MINIMUM CHARGE
      AND POINTS                   as freighted      PER B/L

     NO LCL GRI to be implemented

 2. TO/THRU Ports and Points in the Countries listed below, the GRI
     applicable on FCL shipments will be:
