shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff Rate Section
FROM/THRU United States Ports TO/THRU the ports named below are SBJ to
the LOW SULFUR FUEL SURCHARGE (LSFS) specified, which charge shall be
in addition to all other other applicable charges.
    
a. On Shipments FROM/THRU Ports in the United States named below:

      Subject to the LSFS Charge named in this Rule.
              
  4. FCL Shipments moving Via Underlying VOCC HAPAG LLOYD are NOT
      Subject to the LSFS Charge named in this Rule.
              
  5. FCL Shipments moving Via Underlying VOCC HYUNDAI are NOT Subject to
      the LSFS Charge named in this Rule.
              
  6. FCL Shipments moving Via Underlying VOCC MAERSK are NOT Subject to
      the LSFS Charge named in this Rule.
              
  7. FCL Shipments moving Via Underlying VOCC MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO.
      are NOT Subject to the LSFS Charge named in this Rule.
              
  8. FCL Shipments moving Via Underlying VOCC NYK are NOT Subject to
      the LSFS Charge named in this Rule.
              
  9. FCL Shipments moving Via Underlying VOCC OOCL are NOT Subject to
      the LSFS Charge named in this Rule.
              
 10. FCL Shipments moving Via Underlying VOCC YANG MING are NOT Subject
      to the LSFS Charge named in this Rule.
              
 11. FCL Shipments moving Via Underlying VOCC ZIM INTEGRATED SHIPPING
      are NOT Subject to the LSFS Charge named in this Rule.
  
   
d. On FCL shipments moving TO or THRU any Port or Point named in
    Rule 1.3 or 1.4 when moving via the Underlying VOCC named below
    (SBJ to Rule 2.4.i) the applicable LSFS will be:
