Unless otherwise specified on an individual Web Rate Page (TLI), the
BUNKER SURCHARGE (BAF) named below will be assessed on all shipments
moving on the rates From/Thru Ports in the United States To/Thru the
Ports named below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
applicable charges:
   
a. BUNKER SURCHARGES APPLYING ON LCL, AQ or LS RATED SHIPMENTS moving
    FROM or THRU any United States Port:
                    
   TO/THRU Ports and Points named in Rules 1.3 and 1.4:
    
         LCL BAF will be USD 3.00 W/M, as freighted
    
   
b. BUNKER SURCHARGES APPLYING ON FCL RATED SHIPMENTS moving FROM or
    THRU any United States Port (See Paragraph c. below for
    individual Carrier Exceptions)
                    
   TO/THRU Ports and Points named in Rules 1.3 and 1.4:
    
         NONE Currently In Effect
    
              
c. BUNKER SURCHARGES APPLYING ON FCL RATED SHIPMENTS moving FROM or THRU
    any United States Port, via the specific underlying VOCC named
    below:
             
  1. On FCL shipments moving TO or THRU any Port or Point named in
      Rule 1.3 or 1.4 when moving via HYUNDAI (SBJ to Rule 2.4.i)
      the applicable BAF will be:
