shipments moving on the rates named in Tariff Rate Section will be SBJ
to the WAR RISK SURCHARGE (WRS) named below, which charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable charges:
   
a. WAR RISK SURCHARGE APPLYING ON LCL, AQ or LS RATED SHIPMENTS moving
    FROM or THRU any United States Port:
                    
   TO/THRU Ports and Points named in Rules 1.3 and 1.4:
    
         NONE Currently In Effect
    
   
b. WAR RISK SURCHARGE APPLYING ON FCL RATED SHIPMENTS moving FROM or
    THRU any United States Port (See Paragraph c. below for
    individual Carrier Exceptions)
                    
   TO/THRU Ports and Points named in Rules 1.3 and 1.4:
    
         NONE Currently In Effect
    
              
c. WAR RISK SURCHARGE APPLYING ON FCL RATED SHIPMENTS moving FROM or THRU
    any United States Port, via the specific underlying VOCC named
    below:
             
  1. HAPAG LLOYD:
     On FCL shipments moving TO or THRU any Port or Point in PAKISTAN,
      when moving via HAPAG LLOYD (SBJ to Rule 2.4.i) the applicable
      WRS will be:
