Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), Carrier
will assess the EQUIPMENT TRANSFER FEE (ETF) named below as provided,
this charge shall be assessed to cover Lift-Off charges in the United
Kingdom, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
charges.
     
a. On LCL, AQ or LS rated shipments TO/THRU the Ports named below the
    applicable LCL ETF will be as follows:
