Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs) when
the Carrier is required to provide, process or deliver the specific
Documentation provided below on shipments destined to Ports or Points
in GUATEMALA, Carrier will provide, process or delivery such
documentation SBJ to the specific GT-DOCF named below, which charge
shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
     
a. IMPORT CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEE:
   When Consignee requires or requests Danmar to process and clear
   shipments imported into Guatemala with Guatemalan Customs officials,
   Carrier will provide such service and will assess the IMPORT
   CUSTOMS CLEARNCE FEE named below:
   
       USD 110.00 per each Import Customs Clearance Service
  
  
b. MAGA (AGRICULTURAL AND FOOD REVISION):
   When Danmar is required or requested to process and/or clear shipments
   of Agricultural or Food products SBJ to Guatemala Governmental MAGA
   regulation, Carrier will assess the MAGA PROCESSING FEE named below: 
   
       USD 200.00 per each Import Customs Clearance Service
  
  
c. BOND PROCESSING FEE:
   When Carrier is required to handle any shipment imported into
   GUATEMALA for which a Bond must be obtained or processed, Carrier
   will assess the BOND PROCESSING FEE named below to cover the
   additional time required to accomplish delivery of such shipment to
   Consignee, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
   charges.
     
     On LCL, AQ, LS or FCL Shipments for which a Bond must be obtained or
     processed to move or deliver to Consignee in GUATEMALA the
     applicable BOND PROCESSING FEE FEE will be:
    
{A}    EFFECTIVE 16 July 2017
           USD 80.00 per shipment (per B/L)
  
  
d. TEMPORARY ACCEPTANCE OF CARGO FEE:
   Except as otherwise specifically provided on individual Web Rate
   Pages (TLIs) named in this Tariff Rate Section, when Cargo is
   imported into GUATEMALA on a Temporary basis, Carrier will assess the
   Customs' TEMPORARY ACCEPTANCE FEE specified below to cover handling
   all the applicable documentation, which charge shall be in addition
   to all other applicable charges:
     
  1. On Shipments delivered by Underlying VOCC CMA CGM the TEMPORARY
      ACCEPTANCE OF CARGO FEE will be:
{A}    EFFECTIVE 16 July 2017
        On FCL Shipments: USD 50.00 per shipment (per B/L)
     
 *2. On Shipments delivered by Underlying VOCC HAMBURG SUD the TEMPORARY
      ACCEPTANCE OF CARGO FEE will be:
        On FCL Shipments: USD 20.00 per shipment (per B/L)
     
 *3. On Shipments delivered by Underlying VOCC HAPAG LLOYD the TEMPORARY
      ACCEPTANCE OF CARGO FEE will be:
        On FCL Shipments: USD 35.00 per shipment (per B/L)
  
  
e. GUATEMALA DOCUMENTATION DEMURRAGE:
   When Danmar is requested or required to prepare, process and/or clear
   any documentation for any shipment imported into Guatemala with
   Guatemala Customs Offices/Officials, and Carrier cannot prepare,
   process or clear such documentation while awaiting required
   information from Shipper, Consignee or their Agent, Carrier will
   assess the Documentation Demurrage Charges named below after the
   expiration of Free Time specified:
  
         FREE TIME FOR SHIPPER,
        CONSIGNEE OR THEIR AGENT       DOCUMENT DEMURRAGE CHARGE
        TO DELIVER FULL/COMPLETE      PER DAY OR FRACTION THEREOF
         INFORMATION TO CARRIER
