FCL shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff Rate Section
TO/THRU the Ports and Points named below will be SBJ to the
SUPPLEMENTAL EQUIPMENT USAGE SURCHARGE (SUPP) named below, which charge
shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
   
a. On LCL, AQ or LS Shipments TO/THRU the POD Ports named below,
    FROM/THRU any U.S POL Port, the applicable SUPP will be:
