Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), when
an FCL shipment, moving on the rates named in this Tariff Rate Section,
in COL or underlying VOCC Containers, whether Carrier, Shipper or
Consignee loaded or unloaded, to which a security seal has been affixed
to the loaded Container, whether requested by Shipper, Consignee or
required by any authorized party, such shipment will be SBJ to the
CONTAINER SECURITY SERVICE CHARGE (SEAL) named below, which charge
shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
    
a. GUATEMALA:
    On Shipments FROM/THRU United States POL Ports, TO/THRU any Port in
    GUATEMALA, the SEAL applicable on FCL shipments will be:
