Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
FCL shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff Rate Section
TO/THRU the Ports and Points named below will be SBJ to the
EQUIPMENT/CARGO TRANSFER/HANDOVER FEES (HAND) named below, which charge
shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
   
a. On LCL, AQ or LS Shipments TO/THRU the POD Ports named below,
