Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
shipments moving TO/THRU any port named below FROM or THRU the United
States POLs named in Rule 1.1 are SBJ to the WHARFAGE/PORT USAGE CHARGES
(WFGF) specified below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
other applicable charges.
