Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
LCL, AQ, LS or FCL shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff
Rate Section TO/THRU the Ports and Points named below will be SBJ to the
CARGO FUMIGATION CHARGES (FUMG) named below, which charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable charges.
   
a. On LCL, AQ or LS Shipments TO/THRU the POD Ports named below,
    FROM/THRU any U.S POL Port, the FUMG applicable on LCL
    shipments will be:
