Should any Customs Service, governmental authority, Port Authority,
underlying VOCC, or other party order or require cargo or container to
be inspected (whether or not cargo is discharged or unloaded from c
ontainer for inspection or examination), or should any Customs Service
or other governmental authority impound, seize or detain cargo or
container for any reason, all charges and expenses, including any
applicable demurrage, detention or per diem charges, will be for the
account of the cargo.  Moreover, Carrier will assume no risk or
liability for the actions or omissions of such Customs Services,
governmental authorities or their agents.
     
a. When a Government Customs Service orders an inspection of LCL cargo
   that must be discharged from Container in order to allow inspection
   to be done, Carrier will assess the INSPECTION HANDLING FEE specified
   below, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
   charges.
    
  1. On LCL Shipments SBJ to a Government Customs Examination at any Port
     or Point in GUATEMALA, Carrier will assess a INSP Handling Fee of:
    
       USD 7.00 W/M, as freighted, SBJ to a M/C of USD 15.00 per Exam.
  
  
b. When a underlying VOCC requires examination or a FCL Shipment at
   destination, Carrier will assess a INSP Handling Fee below, which
   charge shall be in addition to all other appliable charges:
  
  1. On Shipments moving to Destination PODs in GUATEMALA via CMA CGM
      (SBJ to Rule 2.4.i.) the INSP Handling Fee will be:
          USD 25.00 PC20
          USD 35.00 PC40X
  
  2. On Shipments moving to Destination PODs in GUATEMALA via NYK (SBJ
      to Rule 2.4.i.) the INSP Handling Fee (OIRSA) will be:
          USD 5.00 PC20
          USD 7.00 PC40X
  
  3. On Shipments moving to Destination PODs in PANAMA via CMA CGM
      (SBJ to Rule 2.4.i.) the INSP Handling Fee will be:

c. When a Government Customs Service orders an X-Rate Examination of
   either LCL or FCL Cargo on shipments moving TO/Thru any POD in EL
   SALVADOR, Carrier will assess the INSP X-Ray Handling Fee specified
   below, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
   charges.
    
  1. LCL Shipments SBJ to a Customs X-Ray Examination, Carrier will
      assess an INSP Handling Fee of:
    
{CR}   USD 6.00 per B/L.
    
  1. FCL Shipments SBJ to a Customs X-Ray Examination, Carrier will
      assess an INSP Handling Fee of:
    
       USD 18.00 W/M, as freighted.
