Except as otherwise specified on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), the
Ship & Port Security Charges (ISPS, CSF, TSF) named below will be
assessed on all shipments moving from or thru Ports and Points in the
United States, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
charges.
      
a. On LCL, AQ or LS Shipments Carrier will assess an International
    Ship and Port Security Charge of (ISPS):
      
 1. TO/THRU Ports and Points in BELIZE, COSTA RICA, EL SALVADOR, MEXICO,
     NICARAGUA and PANAMA the applicable ISPS will be:

     On FCL shipments destined to PODs in EL SALVADOR only the ISPS
       will be:
        USD 15.00 PC
   
  3. GUATEMALA:
     On FCL shipments destined to PODs in GUATAMALA only the ISPS
       will be:
  
{C}  i. when moving Via All VOCCs, EAN:  USD 20.00 PC
  
{R} ii. when moving Via HAMBURG SUD (SBJ to Rule 2.4.i.):  USD 11.00 PC
  
{R}iii. when moving Via MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO. (SBJ to Rule 2.4.i.):
          USD 10.00 PC
  
  4. HONDURAS:
     On FCL shipments destined to PODs in HONDURAS only the ISPS
       will be:
{CE}  EXPIRES with 27 April 2017
        USD 20.00 PC20
        USD 24.00 PC40X or larger
{A}   EFFECTIVE 28 April 2017
        USD 24.00 PC20

  5. MEXICO:
     On FCL shipments destined to PODs in MEXICO only the ISPS
       will be:
       Via All Underlying VOCCs except as otherwise specified:
          USD 25.00 PC
       Via Underlying VOCC HAPAG LLOYD ONLY (SBJ to Rule 2.4.i.):
          USD 40.00 PC
       Via Underlying VOCC MAERSK ONLY (SBJ to Rule 2.4.i.):
          USD 60.00 PC
   
  6. NICARAGUA:
     On FCL shipments destined to PODs in NICARAGUA only the ISPS
       will be:
        USD 20.00 PC
    
   
c. On FCL Rated Shipments when moving via the following underlying
    VOCCs (See Rule 2.4.i) an Origin Carrier Security Fee (OCSF) will
    be assessed:
     
  1. CMA CGM:
      On Shipments moving via CMA CGM (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Carrier
      Security Fee (OCSF) will be as follows when moving From or Thru
      the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The CSF will be: USD 13.00 PC
     
  2. MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO:
      On Shipments moving via MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO. (MSC) (see Rule
      2.4.i.) the Carrier Security Fee (OCSF) will be as follows when
      moving From or Thru the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The CSF will be: USD 13.00 PC
     
  3. NYK:
      On Shipments moving via NYK Rule 2.4.i.) the Carrier
      Security Fee (OCSF) will be as follows when moving From or Thru
      the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The CSF will be: USD 6.00 PC
    
    
d. On FCL Rated Shipments when moving via the following underlying
    VOCCs (See Rule 2.4.i) an Origin Terminal Security Charge (OTSF)
    will be assessed:
    
 1. EVERGREEN:
    On Shipments moving via EVERGREEN (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Origin
     Terminal Security Fee (OTSF) will be as follows when moving From
     or Thru the ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The OTSF will be: USD7.00 PC
     
 2. HAMBURG SUD:
    On Shipments moving via HAMBURG SUD (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Origin
     Terminal Security Fee (OTSF) will be as follows when moving From
     or Thru the ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The OTSF will be: USD12.00 PC
     
    
 3. MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO.:
    On Shipments moving via MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO. (see Rule 2.4.i.)
     the Origin Terminal Security Fee (OTSF) will be as follows when
     moving From or Thru the ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The OTSF will be: USD11.00 PC
     
    
 4. MITSUI O.S.K.:
    On Shipments moving via MITSUI O.S.K. (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Origin
     Terminal Security Fee (OTSF) will be as follows when moving From
     or Thru the ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
     1. The OTSF will be: USD10.00 PC, EAN
  
    ii. On Shipments From/Thru Baltimore, MD the OTSF will be USD4.00 PC 
     
     
 5. YANG MING:
    On Shipments moving via YANG MING (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Origin
     Terminal Security Fee (OTSF) will be as follows when moving From
     or Thru the ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The OTSF will be: USD 10.00 PC
