Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs (Web Rate Pages) all
shipments moving on any rate named in this Tariff Rate Section will be
SBJ to the CHASSIS USAGE CHARGES (CUC) provided below, which charge
shall be in addition to all other applicable charges:
      
a. On Shipments FROM/THRU All United States Ports:
    
 1. TO/THRU the Ports and Points named below, the CUC
     applicable on LCL shipments will be:

    when Carrier is required to obtain, provide, or arrange for, a
    Chassis to transport FCL Containers from POD Container Yard, Carrier
    will assess the CHASSIS USAGE Charge named below below, which charge
    shall be in addition to all other applicable charges:
    
  1. On FCL Containers moving through POD Ports in EL SALVADOR the CUC
      charge shall be:
   
      USD 85.00 per Chassis provided
    
              
c. On FCL rated shipments moving FROM or THRU any United States Port,
    via the specific underlying VOCC named below, the CHASSIS USAGE
    CHARGE (CUC) will be:

  1. MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO:
     On FCL shipments moving TO/THRU any POD named in Rule 1.3, when
      moving via MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO. (MSC) (SBJ to Rule 2.4.i)
     a the applicable CUC will be:
