Except when Rates are published to specifically apply on shipments
moving in the Specialized Equipment named below, rates applying on all
shipments moving in/on such Specialized Equipment will be SBJ to the
the applicable dry Container Rate PLUS the following Special Equipment
Surcharge:
     
a. FCL Shipments moving in or on the equipment listed below, FROM or
    THRU any POL in the United States to any POD Port listed in Rules
    1.3 or 1.4 of this Tarif Section will be SBJ to SPEC provided:
   
    SPECIAL EQUIPMENT TYPES: Flat Rack
                             Open Top & Open Top/Hard Top
   
  1. On Shipments moving TO or THRU PODs on EL SALVADOR via any
      underlying VOCC will be SBJ a SPEC (as defined above) of:
    
         US$ 250.00 on 20 ft. long equipment
         US$ 250.00 on 40 ft. or longer equipment
