Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff Rate Section applying
FROM/THRU a POL in the United States Destined TO/THRU or TRANSSHIPPED
THRU any POD Port named below SBJ to the ADVANCE MANIFEST FEE applying
on Cargo to FOREIGN PORTS (FAMS) named herein.  Cargo which will remains
on Board a transporting Vessel (FROB) which calls at any POD Port named
below which is discharged at a POD outside of the Country specified
will NOT be SBJ to the FAMS named below.  The charge named below will
be assessed to cover compliance with each country's Customs and Trade
Regulations requiring the filing of Entry Declarations (whether filed
electronically or otherwise) on cargo destined to any POD Port in the
Countries specified.  Finally, this charge shall be in addition to all o
ther applicable charges.
    
a. On shipments FROM/THRU POLs in the United States TO or TRANSSHIPPED
   THRU any POD Port named below, the applicable FAMS will be as follows:
