Except as otherwise specified on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), the
Ship & Port Security Charges (ISPS, CSF, TSF) named below will be
assessed on all shipments moving from or thru Ports and Points in the
United States, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
charges.
      
a. On LCL, AQ or LS Shipments Carrier will assess the International
    Ship and Port Security Charge (ISPS) named below:
   
 1. TO/THRU All POD Ports on the Islands of the Caribbean Sea and
     the Gulf of Mexico named in Rule 1.3 the applicable ISPS will be:

c. On FCL Rated Shipments when moving via the following underlying
    VOCCs (See Rule 2.4.i) a Carrier Security Fee (CSF) will be assessed:
     
  1. CMA CGM:
      On Shipments moving via CMA CGM (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Carrier
      Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows when moving From or Thru
      the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:

        The CSF will be: USD 13.00 PC
  
  
  2. MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO.:
     On Shipments moving via MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO. (MSC) (see Rule
      2.4.i.) the Carrier Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows when
      moving From or Thru the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The CSF will be: USD13.00 PC
     
  
  3. NYK:
     On Shipments moving via NYK Rule 2.4.i.) the Carrier
      Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows when moving From or Thru
      the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:

        The CSF will be: USD 6.00 PC
    
    
d. On FCL Rated Shipments when moving via the following underlying
    VOCCs (See Rule 2.4.i) an Origin Terminal Security Charge (OTSF)
    will be assessed:
  
 1. EVERGREEN:
     On Shipments moving via EVERGREEN (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Origin
      Terminal Security Fee (OTSF) will be as follows when moving From
      or Thru the ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The OTSF will be: USD7.00 PC
     
  
 2. HAMBURG SUD:
     On Shipments moving via HAMBURG SUD (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Origin
      Terminal Security Fee (OTSF) will be as follows when moving From
      or Thru the ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The OTSF will be: USD12.00 PC
     
    
 3. MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO.:
     On Shipments moving via MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO. (see Rule 2.4.i.)
      the Origin Terminal Security Fee (OTSF) will be as follows when
      moving From or Thru the ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The OTSF will be: USD11.00 PC
     
    
 4. MITSUI O.S.K.:
     On Shipments moving via MITSUI O.S.K. (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Origin
      Terminal Security Fee (OTSF) will be as follows when moving From
      or Thru the ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The OTSF will be: USD10.00 PC, EAN
  
     i. On Shipments From/Thru Baltimore, MDthe OTSF will be $4.00 PC 
     
     
 5. YANG MING:
     On Shipments moving via YANG MING (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Origin
      Terminal Security Fee (OTSF) will be as follows when moving From
      or Thru the ports named in Rule 1.1:
