Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs) in this
Tariff Rate Section all shipments moving FROM and TO the Ports and
Points named below will be SBJ to the PEAK SEASON SURCHARGE (PSS) listed
provided herein, which Charge shall be in addition to all other
applicable charges:
     
a. On LCL, AQ or LS Shipments FROM/THRU any United States POL Port:
    
 1. TO/THRU any POD Port in/on the Islands of the Caribbean Sea and Gulf
     of Mexico the applicable PSS on LCL shipments will be:

    Rule 2.4.i) the applicable FCL BAF will be as follows:
         
  1. CMA CGM:
     On FCL rated Shipments moving via CMA CGM (SBJ to Rule 2.4.i)
      FROM/THRU any U.S. POL Port the applicable PSS will be:
