Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
shipments moving TO/THRU the POD Ports named below FROM or THRU any POL
in the United States are SBJ to the DESTINATION TERMINAL HANDLING
CHARGES (DTHC) specified herein, which charge shall be in addition to
all other other applicable charges.
   
a. On LCL, AQ or LS Shipments TO/THRU the POD Ports named below,
