Except as otherwise specified on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), the
Ship & Port Security Charges (ISPS, CSF, TSF) named below will be
assessed on all shipments moving from or thru Ports and Points in the
United States, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
charges.
      
a. On LCL, AQ or LS Shipments Carrier will assess an International
    Ship and Port Security Charge of (ISPS):
    
 1. TO/THRU Ports and Points in the BALKANS (VIA any POD):

    VOCCs (See Rule 2.4.i) a Carrier Security Fee (CSF) will be assessed:
     
  1. CMA CGM:
     On Shipments moving via CMA CGM (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Carrier
      Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows when moving FROM or THRU
      the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
    A. TO/THRU Ports and Points in Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece & Romania:
          The CFS will be: USD12.00 PC
  
  
  2. COSCO:
     On Shipments moving via COSCO (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Carrier
      Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows when moving From or Thru
      the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
          The CSF will be: USD12.00 PC
  
  
  3. EVERGREEN:
     On Shipments moving via EVERGREEN (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Carrier
      Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows when moving From or Thru
      the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
     A. TO/THRU CONT/BALT Destination Ports ONLY:    
          The CSF will be: USD7.00 PC
  
  
  4. HAPAG LLOYD:
     On Shipments moving via HAPAG LLOYD (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Carrier
      Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows when moving FROM or THRU
      the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
    A. TO/THRU Ports and Points in Albania, Bosnia-Hercegovina,
        Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Montenegro, Romania &
        Slovenia:
          The CSF will be: USD13.00 PC
  
  
  5. MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO.:
     On Shipments moving via MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO. (MSC) (see Rule
      2.4.i.) the Carrier Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows when
      moving From or Thru the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The CSF will be: $11.00 PC
  
  
  6. UNITED ARAB SHIPPING COMPANY:
     On Shipments moving via United Arab Shipping Company (See Rule
      2.4.i.) the Carrier Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows when
      moving FROM or THRU the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
    A. TO/THRU Ports and Points in Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece & Romania:
         The CSF will be: USD10.00 PC
    
    
d. On FCL Rated Shipments when moving via the following underlying
    VOCCs (See Rule 2.4.i) an Origin Terminal Security Charge (OTSF)
    will be assessed:
     
  1. CHINA SHIPPING:
     On Shipments moving via CHINA SHIPPING (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Origin
      Terminal Security Fee (OTSF) will be as follows when moving From
      or Thru the U.S. Ports named in Rule 1.1 TO or THRU Mediterranean
      Dest. Ports:
  
         The OTSF will be: $15.00 PC
  
  
  2. CMA CGM:
     On Shipments moving via CMA CGM (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Origin
      Terminal Security Fee (OTSF) will be as follows when moving From
      or Thru the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
    A. TO/THRU Ports and Points in Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece & Romania:
          The OTSF will be: USD8.00 PC
  
  
  3. COSCO:
     On Shipments moving via COSCO (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Origin Terminal
      Security Fee (OTSF) will be as follows when moving From or Thru
      the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
     A. TO/THRU CONT/BALT Destination Ports ONLY:    
          The OTSF will be: USD4.00 PC
  
     B. TO/THRU Ports and Points in Albania, Bosnia-Hercegovnia, Croatia,
         Montenegro & Slovenia FROM/THRU the Ports or Points of:
  
       i. Chicago, IL the OTSF will be:  USD4.00 PC
  
      ii. Miami, FL the OTSF will be:  USD7.00 PC
  
     iii. Norfolk, VA the OTSF will be:  USD5.80 PC 
  
      iv. Savannah, GA the OTSF will be:  USD4.50 PC 
   
   
  4. HAMBURG SUD:
     On Shipments moving via HAMBURG SUD (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Origin
      Terminal Security Fee (OTSF) will be as follows when moving From
      or Thru the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The OTSF will be: $12.00 PC
  
  
  5. HAPAG LLOYD:
     On Shipments moving via HAPAG LLOYD (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Origin

    B. TO/THRU Ports and Points in Albania, Bosnia-Hercegovena, Croatia,
        Montenegro & Slovenia:
  
          The OTSF, EAN will be: $7.00 PC
     
     i. On Shipments From/Thru Charleston SC the OTSF will be $8.00 PC 
     
    ii. On Shipments From/Thru Long Beach, CA the OTSF will be $3.00 PC 
     
   iii. On Shipments From/Thru New Orleans, LA the OTSF will be $5.00 PC 
     
    iv. On Shipments From/Thru NY Origin Ports the OTSF will be $6.00 PC 
     
     v. On Shipments From/Thru Norfolk, VA the OTSF will be $5.00 PC 
     
    vi. On Shipments From/Thru Port Everglades, VL the OTSF will be
          $6.00 PC
  
  
  6. MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO.:
     On Shipments moving via MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO. (see Rule 2.4.i.)
      the Origin Terminal Security Fee (OTSF) will be as follows when
      moving From or Thru the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:
