Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
shipments moving TO/THRU the ports or points in the Countries named
below FROM or THRU the United States POLs named in Rule 1.1 are SBJ to
the DESTINATION TERMINAL HANDLING CHARGES (DTHC) specified below, which
charge shall be in addition to all other other applicable charges.
