shipments moving on the rates named in this Tariff Rate Section, From or
Thru Ports in the United States, To or Thru the PODs in the Countries
specified, are SBJ to the MOZAMBIQUE CHANNEL FEE (MZCF) provided
below, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
charges.
